Creation Societe Maurice is a service offered by Sunibel Corporate Services Ltd, a Management Company licensed by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius. Our licences
Sunibel Corporate Services Ltd holds a Management Company licence issued by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius. This licence entitles us to:
- Administer Global Business Companies (GBC)
- Administer Authorised Companies (AC)
- Provide corporate secretarial services
- Act as trustee for Mauritian trusts
- Administer investment funds
- Provide qualified resident directors
